I just find it weird, they were the one wanting to hang out on the first place and then they suddenly get busy in two seconds?
Also, I sense like a competence to get busier than me, it’s so strange. I could be happy finding my own business and they disturb my peace with these weird games. I don’t get this people… Is this usual behavious?

Very common but childish normal people would say i am busy when you ask them to hang out.revenge complete.
Also its rude to say truth in this world.(exp- wdym you cant skip your gym for us)
