Anal is a journey….it is best to work up to it. I will say CDB lube is a joke, there is zero evidence that it helps in any way because of the trace amounts that are in it.

The most important thing I figured out is that the key to anal is figuring out how to learn how to relax. Really get to know your anatomy. For one, the angle is critically important. I have a *much* easier time with inserting plugs if I reach behind me and angle up and forward. With practice comes knowing when and how to push, when and how to breath, and the safety that comes with knowing that you will figure this out and you will enjoy the experience.
A little pricey, but I also have a few very soft silicone eggs. They are incredibly comfortable once they are inserted and have a circumference of 4-6 inches.
