You’re asking for four things that are contradictory:
1. Condom Safe.
2. Won’t disrupt her PH.
3. Tastes Good.
4. Waterproof.
Coconut oil meets 1,2, and 3, but is apparently not safe for condoms.
Normal water based lubes (too many to go into) are 1 and 2, but not 3 and usually not 4.
Silicone based lubes are generally 1,2, and 4, but are reported to taste bad.
Try good silicone based lubes like Exxtreme Glide Silicone, Pjur Backdoor, Uberlube…
If you’re using condoms just for BC, Trojan Natural LambSkin Condoms are the most comfortable.
Polyisoprene condoms (synthetic latex) and latex condoms will degrade with oil based lubes.
Polyurethane, polyethylene and natural LambSkin condoms can be used with any lube.
Water based lubes tend to have a huge osmotic potential imbalance with the body that actually promotes irritation and STD transmission – just google it!

You aren’t going to find any flavored lubes that won’t disrupt her ph. Your best bet for oral safe lube is water based, like KY or BD cum lube. As far as condoms go, ne and my bf use lifestyles ultra sensitive, which have worked for us in the shower and are latex free. You can’t get everything you’re asking for I’m afraid. You night have to make a few compromises
