Did 30 mins of cardio at average heart beat of 130 bpm. I’m 36 and bigger than normal so seems a challenge to get a 100% boner.

Last night and today it seems rock. The cs part [spongy] in the middle seems firmer than it has.

I’m not over weight or in bad condition just not done cardio only weights.

  1. Yeah, probably something to do with the free drugs our bodies give us when exercising. The long term health benefits generally increase libido as well.

  2. Lifting heavy weights and compound exercises (squat, deadlift, bench press, etc) will have a simile effect on erections and also increase your testosterone and libido. When I’m able to get into the gym 3-4 times per week I can’t seem to leave my wife alone.

  3. Yes, it’s a known positive factor for erections. Poor circulation is a huge cause of ED. Cardio promotes healthy circulation.

  4. Cardio definitely does this. Specifically, LISS cardio. Also has huge benefits on lowering blood pressure in general.
