I’ve heard it’s makes them lose interest, and it’s a red flag. Do you like fast replies?

  1. How long we talking? Don’t play games like waiting 3 days to reply. But if you answer every text instantly, the person you’re texting may get the impression you do nothing but play on your phone all day. Good rule of thumb is just to answer when you can, put your phone down when you’re doing something

  2. Reply when you see the message. No games, waiting, etc. But also don’t be glued to your phone waiting for a reply

  3. Unless you’re a teenager, I think running reply time psy-ops is generally unproductive for everyone

  4. The right type of people for you will want to hear from you.

It’s only a bad thing for not continuing something that isn’t right for you anyways.

  5. Everyone likes people who reply in a timely manner, but it gets weird when they reply instantly 24/7/365

like…you can’t tell me there’s not a single time of day or a specific day when you’re unavailable to chat for a few hours…that’s the only time I think it’s odd

  6. I don’t think the speed matters. Sometimes it takes me hours to reply because i’m off running errands/working and sometimes if someone texts me and they catch me doing literally nothing i can respond almost instantly. Doing some psychological bs like artificially slowing down the texts is just immature
