We did. We’re still together so that’s a plus.
It was rough because in therapy, it forces the two of you to actually talk about your feelings and gives a 3rd party an opportunity to peer into your daily lives. It forces you to communicate. The more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it. Also, be prepared for an outcome you may not like.
We are doing it and its great. It helps break up the rut we find ourselves in often and makes us communicate and has helped us learn a lot about ourselves and how we communicate
All good here..forces you to talk, not just argue when you’re mad…but actually sit down in a controlled env’t..having someone else ask the questions and direct the conversation. It teaches us how to do it for ourselves.
