I was walking back to mine and my boyfriend’s apartment after I had gotten out of work and two college aged guys were walking towards us. One guy looked at us and then to his buddy, wiggled his brows, and lifted his hat off his forehead twice before placing it back down. I kinda looked at him weird (I suck at hiding my facial expressions) and when we got into the apartment, I asked my boyfriend if he saw that guy and said how it was weird. Like did he have an itch, did we look weird to him? Was there a joke I was missing? He told me to chill out and that the guy thought I was attractive and that’s normal for the area. I’m not from this state, so is this just some weird college or regional nonverbal code I’m not aware of? Or is my boyfriend wrong and the guy was just strange?
