Take walks at night with music
Take three big breaths, hold for a second in between and then let them out in their entirety.
Relax your physical body. Unclench that jaw, stop making a fist, relax your back.
You’re in fight or flight mode for no reason. Nothing is going to come in here and punch you in the head. That’s a lot of wasted energy.

Play guitar.

Keep thinking and processing
Depends on what the source of the stress is. If it’s something I can’t do anything about at that moment I simply don’t worry about it and go do something else.
Meditation helped me a lot, and I’ve been thinking about starting again.
I’ve used Headspace mostly, but I started with some free guided meditation from an university. This was about a decade ago, so there’s probably hundred more choices now.
Other than that, running and walking. There’s something oddly calming about long distance running at 5:30am

Smoke a fattie
I start punching people. Seems to help.

Sit outside at night and watch the stars and sky
Drink. I’m just depressed I think. But it works. Obviously I wouldn’t recommend it.
Smoke a bowl. That might have the opposite effect on some people though.
I mean, sometimes this, if I’ve got nothing better to do.
Go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for it all to blow over.
Sex is best but any distraction helps music/media. It a change in tasks
My stress/anxiety is very high at the moment. Therapy gave me some exercises to try. Family doctor prescribed some adrenaline blockers.
Breathe deeply and concentrate on it
Go for a long walk
Hit the punchbag and listen to workout music
Work out in general
Go to the gym, ride my motorcycle, play video games, stuff like that
Sit in the forest, smoke my pipe and drink tea.
Drink a cold glass od my favorite drink (not alcohol) and play a game i like
A good stroking session really does help me
