  1. I’ve always been fascinated with Laura Ingalls Wilder because her books have helped change my perspective so much on life. She’s why I always take the time to enjoy the beautiful colors of the sky, sunsets and moonrises, nature and just the simple pleasure of having your life together. Hers definitely wasn’t easy, but hearing about her battles compared to the luxuries of today’s amenities has just made me far more grateful for all my blessings, big or small.

  2. There’s a french madam, I cant remember her name, who was the head of a famous escort service in Paris that all the rich, famous men used. Sinatra, Aristotle Onassis, Brando, Kennedys, Bob Evans. She eventually went broke and they never did a bio of her but man, that is a loss. She really the real deal stories

  3. People who are ugly and sin and have confidence and success despite that. Blows my mind.

  4. My dad’s. With the hand that he was dealt it’s a miracle he’s not in prison or six feet under. He overcame some inconceivable tragedies and hardships to become an amazing husband and partner to my mama and amazing dad to us kids.

  5. Margaret Wise Brown

She was a renown, brilliant, and prolific children’s book author of stories like Goodnight Moon and The Runaway Bunny. She was part of building the revolutionary idea of the here and now. Just that alone makes her interesting, but her personal life was quite fascinating. She was a prolific writer, she was queer, she hated children, and her death was something I did not see coming.

In The Great Green Room by Amy Gary is a biography on her if anyone is interested.
