I am a man and I am 18 years old. I take a multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin D3, and ashwagandha.

Multivitamin
Vitamin D3
Magnesium + Zink
Fishoil
Powdered Veggies
Creatine
22 M, I don’t take any vitamins. Luckily I don’t have any vitamin deficiencies
31 and I take the vitamins that are in fruit and vegetables, no real need to go for supplements.
35, none. You’re wasting your money if you are unless a doctor told you to.
38 and none, I have a balanced diet and supplements just seem like a waste of money so I wouldn’t feel any placebo from taking them.
28, I take a multivitamin daily because the Mrs bought around 2000 tablets in bulk and if I don’t take them they’re going to sit there collecting dust
I know the sentiment is vitamins are useless unless you need them but honestly I don’t think my doctor ever has ordered blood work for my vitamin levels

I pretty much starved myself to lose weight so I started taking a multivitamin to trying to mitigate some of the harm I was doing to myself. Just turned 31.
