  1. I am a man and I am 18 years old. I take a multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin D3, and ashwagandha.

    Supplements are:

    Multivitamin

    Vitamin D3

    Magnesium + Zink

    Fishoil

    Powdered Veggies

    Creatine

  3. 31 and I take the vitamins that are in fruit and vegetables, no real need to go for supplements.

  4. 38 and none, I have a balanced diet and supplements just seem like a waste of money so I wouldn’t feel any placebo from taking them.

  5. 28, I take a multivitamin daily because the Mrs bought around 2000 tablets in bulk and if I don’t take them they’re going to sit there collecting dust

  6. I know the sentiment is vitamins are useless unless you need them but honestly I don’t think my doctor ever has ordered blood work for my vitamin levels

    For all I know I could need them

  7. I pretty much starved myself to lose weight so I started taking a multivitamin to trying to mitigate some of the harm I was doing to myself. Just turned 31.

    Uhhhhh GMO free, organic vegetarian strawberry Melatonin gummies, 5mg each. I take two before sleeping because I’m a crackhead minus the cocaine.
