Is my girlfriend detaching from me? Caught her talking to an ex

I made a post about this a few days ago. I looked in her phone, found out her ex texted her they’ve been talking about their relationship and she even said she wanted a stable relationship with him and he just wanted fun and nothing serious.

Well unfortunately I have not had an opportunity to update with further dialogue but just yesterday she removed her profile photo on WhatsApp that she took on her bed with a stuffed animal I got her on her birthday.

Is this a form of detaching now that I’ve caught her emotionally cheating and negotiating with an ex?
