  1. Bro don’t overthink it. Peanut butter sandwiches and a glass of milk each day and you’ll be set.

  2. Peanut butter, milk, nuts, etc. Make sure you get enough carbs too though, otherwise you won’t build much muscle

  3. If you are trying to get a lot of calories in, don’t worry about protein. You are probably getting enough. If you are unsure, just smash a couple of protein shakes.

Mass gainers are great. It’s a fuck ton of calories and you can down it in a minute very easily. My brother is 6’2 and is naturally well built, those things made him gain a TON of weight and he doesn’t even eat much.

People seriously overestimate how much protein they need. I have been eating 160g of protein on average in the last year whilst training 6 days per week (I am 200lbs, 15% bf) and it is more than enough for gains.

If you tell me what your daily calorie goal is, I can recommend some foods which will work well in that area and give you a protein hit also.

  4. Pasta packets, noodle packets, eggs, chili tuna. Throw them all into a pot, add the butter, milk and boiling water needed for the pasta packets. Season with whatever fancies you. It’s cheap as hell, but eating that every day for six months brought me pretty good results. Also since I work in construction, my fat content didn’t go crazy. Hope this helps you the same way it helped me

  5. Get a blender add some protein whole milk oats peanut butter and some cream should easily be able to down a couple of those a day at about a 1k each

  6. Cottage cheese. Combinable with lots of things and it’s good fat. Work out and you’ll make good gains. Nuts are rich in protein too. No, I will not make a deez nuts joke. I am too mature for that.

  7. I try to get at least half my bodyweight of protein everyday (grams: pounds)

Equal if I’m working out. Egg whites and tuna are two of the best calorie dense foods I eat.

  8. just drink 2 power smoothies per day. Some kind of milk, banana, PB, 2 scoops of protein powder, some chocolate sauce, ice, blender. Beyond that a normal balanced diet is enough.
