I (22f) have been going through a strange experience in my sex life. I have been with my bf for three years now and we have an active sex life, but recently I have been experiencing pain very similar to intense period cramps. I am on hormonal BC, and have been for five years, but I’m not sure if it’s anything else.
Any suggestions?

The only time I’ve had intense period cramp type pain during sex (my pain actually occurred after the sex was over, but its possible I didn’t feel the pain during sex because of endorphins…when I get really horny my pain tolerance increases significantly) was the time fwb pounded my cervix. I had eaves of cramps off and on for about 4 hours after sex that time.
It’s only happened that once and only during the most rough fuck we’ve ever had.
