Hmm. assault is assault.
Nobody has any right to use violence against other person than to respond in self defence. (Not even a cop can just outright assault you, in spite of social media memes)
So, is your fear that someone will get so pissed off by what you say that they’ll assault you?
Perhaps two things to bear in mind, neither are perfect answers;
First, if someone becomes agitated and aggressive, remove yourself from the situation immediately.
Second, while you’re allowed to have free speech, it also comes with social consequences. Learn that there are triggers that should be avoided (fighting words).
