What’s the most unlikely food you’ve eaten in a movie theatre?

  1. Picadillo tacos when I was 11 when my friend’s mom dropped us off to see The super Mario brothers live action movie. There was a sran wrapped plate she made her son smash against his stomach and zip up his jacket.

  2. I had Olive Garden, we already bought the tickets and they messed up my order and had to remake it. I was starving and it was time to leave in order to be on time for the movie so I boxed it up and went.

Now I eat Olive garden and other restaurants in the movie. Something about watching a movie and eating those good bread sticks matches together.

  3. I used to work at chick fil a and after close we would sometimes go see movies and we would bring anything and everything we had leftover: sandwhiches, Mac and cheese, nuggets. Didn’t even have to sneak it in, no one cared

  4. There was (and maybe still is) a theater in Springfield, Vermont that has nutritional yeast in a shaker available to put on your popcorn. I know lots of people – myself included – who like it on their popcorn but that’s the only time I’ve ever seen it offered in a business like that.

  5. We brought Chinese food in one time. And beer.

Wife has a great purse for smuggling items into theatres.

  6. Not me, but the person in front of me a few years ago at a local theater took out a jamon leg that was loose in a bag and was carving off pieces of it.

I assume the person who checked their tickets figured it was just so damn weird they wouldn’t eat it. They were wrong.

  7. I guess a sandwich. I used to do like 5 – 6 movies in a day so I would live on sandwiches that day.
