Are people addicted to me?

I know this sounds overly arrogant and it’s really not meant like that, but it seems that quite a lot of my friends will simply spam me if I don’t respond within 1 minute or 2 and assume I always got time for them. Note that I really appreciate them but it seems they can’t leave me alone for a second and it’s really annoying. I have tried telling them and nothing ever changes. Feel free to ask questions just tried to keep it short
