I want to become a better person, but I don’t know where to start. Sometimes I just spew out sentences and I realize that how I said it or what I said completely put everyone off.

  1. Something Practical: Every morning write down 5 things you are grateful for and one thing that would make today great. Do this for 6 months without fail and you’ll develop a more positive vibe.
