Every time my gf and I have sex, we either do it with a condom (durex fetherlite), or raw with lube (durex play feel). Recently, we tried using the lube while wearing the condom and my gf said it stings which causes us to have to stop a bit before either taking the condom off or just doing oral because it hurts her too much. Is there something wrong with mixing the lube and condom? We’ve already tried searching online but they don’t offer any explanations we could find. Is there any solution to this? We wanna keep using the condom because I like cumming inside her, but I don’t want it to dry out when we take short breaks.

She could be having a reaction to the lube. Getting a lube that’s formulated to be non-irritating to the vagina (something like Sliquid Sassy or Sutil Rich) could help.

I don’t know anything about either of these, but if they have spermicide, it could be causing a reaction. For me it feels like stinging. Astro glide is water based lube which works well. Check the condom and see if there’s anything added to it. You can mix lube and condoms though generally, so that shouldn’t be the issue.
Durex Play contains a lot of stuff that looks problematic. You can make your own lube with water and Xanthan gum. It’s the same stuff used in salad dressing. Dirt cheap and crazy slippery.
