I recently started talking to this guy (like it’s only been two weeks) and we met. It was good date but after that he asked to meet again. I have a very busy schedule so I told him I wouldn’t be available on these days because I gotta catch up on work next week. After that he left me on read and he usually messages me everyday. Is he avoiding me or being petty because I’m not working around my schedule for him.

So you told him you weren’t available on those dates but didn’t offer an alternative? What are you expecting him to do, ask again? He probably thinks you’re not that interested and he seems to have self respect
Personally I work on the basis that if somebody really wanted to see me they would make time, saying something vague like “I have to catch up on work” sounds like a classic “I’m not that interested”. If you like this guy you should make some effort to spend some time together, if you won’t then it’s hardly surprising he’s walked away.
Suggest an alternate date and he will probably message I guess
