So there’s this guy in our friend group who isn’t my friend. Never was, never will. He invited everyone in our very small friend group except me (hasn’t talked to me in over a year). When I was with 2 of our friends the other day they brought up the party (which I had zero clue about) and were talking to each other for a second about it. One of them told me “You can come if you want” but I kinda don’t want to. Most because I wasn’t invited by the host and it would be weird ya know?

If the host didn’t invite you then don’t go
It would be rude to go as it stands buuut why not ask your mutual friend to check with the host if you can come. Sure you risk an indirect rejection but it’s a party, most of the time one extra person isn’t a huge deal. The upside of a yes outweighs the risk of a no IMO.
