Anyone have experience of how muddy it gets? I want to do it on Saturday but it’s after a wet day Friday / a few wet days this week. I can’t seem to find much info about this online.

  1. We’ve had the driest summer probably ever, you’ll be fine. Also remember there’s no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing.

  2. You will likely have to sidestep s few puddles particularly when climbing over the farm fences but other than that you will be fine.

  3. If you’ve got decent boots you can walk it year round. Slippy chalk is something to watch out for though.
