Two of my roomates were friends before we all moved in together. We’ve all been friendly to each other so far. I’ve asked them a few times if they plan to go out, and when they do go out, they don’t invite me. Should I ask if I can tag along next time or what?

Sure, ask them – just be prepared to find out that the reason they have been going out together but without you is because they agreed with each other that they vibe with one another but not as much or not enough with you (for going out). It’s a bit unfortunate, but don’t take it personally, it’s just not a match if that’s the case.
