1. It’s fat and sugar all rolled into one.

5. There is a mixture think something like 60:40 sugar and fat what makes your metabolism feed you happyness drugs. Its quite well known in food industry that this is addictive, so they strife for that mix in alot different forms, chocolate just being the most basic variant.

7. The most obvious reason is lots of sugar and fats. Humans love everything with lots of sugar and fat.

   But more than that, it also contains theobromine and anandamide which are mildly neuroactive substance (ie light drugs). Plus it also contains substances that widen your blood vessels slightly, which also makes you feel warmer and more full of life for a short while after eating it.

   So sugar, fat and drugs in a neat tasty package.
