My hair is naturally fine, not thinning. Can I use conditioner products made for thinning hair?

I bought a weightless conditioner, as I’ve been told lightweight products and light hold are better for people with fine hair. I just now realized that the bottle says “for men with thinning hair”. Can I still use it? Is there any negative effects of using such a product, or is that just what they put on there for advertising? Bottle says it’s made with sunflower seed oil, olive fruit oil, and critical aminos

  1. on non-thinning hair Conditioners made for hair thinning can have a variety of effects on non-thinning hair, depending on the ingredients they contain. Some conditioners may make hair appear thicker or fuller, while others may add shine or moisture.

  2. Dude it is all marketing gimmick and bullshit. They have a comb for “thinning hair” that is just a comb with really wide and long teeth to make your “fluff out” more.

Dove has a new moisture line which is said to be “great for men with thinning hair” because it retains moisture in your follicles and makes it look more plump.

It’s like those anti aging serums that are just filled with oil to make your skin seem like it still has sheen.
