I’ve read a post on here that zinc helped em with something. Could someone elaborate?

  1. It’s part of spermatogenesis so just makes more better quality sperm when consuming enough dietary zinc. Over supplementation when you don’t need it won’t do anything for you

  2. its used by the body for many uses including protein synthesis and immune system components. also for testosterone synthesis .
