Ever feel weird after meeting someone in person after awhile. So I was at a wedding and we’ll it’s hard to smile when a gal is flirting with you all day, gives you some hints but most importantly enjoyed your company. Yeah I went for it, she said no. We still danced and all, but we both left with a silence, we said goodbye but it was a sad one. She was the maid of honor, I was the best man , we finally had meet after months of texting calls. We talked about the wedding and about ourselves. She gave me hints that she liked the attention, she even let her guard down, so did I. But I sabotage it, haven’t dated in years, but I will say this. When a gal like her was smiling, laughing, holding your hand and was there acting like your partner, it’s the best feeling ever but I went through the same and got burned. So I sabotage it to end the misery.

I know it was just a wedding this was our task for the wedding, but I just felt weird after I got home. Was it the flirting, was it because I read too much. Or was it because it was all in my head hence I was the issue. What do you do when you haven’t dated or been in a situation like this in 8 or so years.

Don’t know if this is the best place for this but let me know.

  1. If she was texting and flirting with you for months and was flirty and touching you at the wedding then you did absolutely nothing wrong by asking her out, I would say her actions were misleading and she could have been far nicer if she felt you just misread the situation. None of this is your fault and you should not blame yourself, simply let it go and move on.
