This happens every time I go out on Saturday with friends and really enjoy myself. The next day, I tend to stay at home alone to get homework and whatnot done (I’m in college right now), and I start off feeling fine in the morning, but I get more and more depressed as the day goes on. Why exactly is this? I don’t exactly feel like socially interacting with people because I am a little socially exhausted from the previous day (coupled with a little bit of social anxiety). Is it really just social anxiety at play?
