When working toward your ambitions, do you ever feel delirious –as if the goal is unobtainable, but you refuse quit working toward your passion or ambition? What are your thoughts?

  1. I just had an interview for a senior position at my company despite people thinking I may not be qualified (haven’t had 10 years yet). I put all my doubt aside and spent a full day documenting my tasks and accomplishments that show my qualifications and value to the team. I read through my findings multiple times during two days as a reminder to myself that I can do this. my drive came from my competitive nature and I enjoy being rated against peers because I’m confident in my abilities. if your passion or endeavor is a personal business it’s still the same thing. a lot is reminding yourself why you’re the shit and that you’re capable of anything

  2. I’m currently learning German, and it’s a hard language. I’m also struggling with my mental health.

I keep reminding myself to take small steps. Every small achievement counts. I don’t have to figure everything out by tomorrow. Small steps.

  3. I work in AI, an ever-widening and challenging field. There’s only one way forward, one goal at a time. Each goal achieved spotlights another. Kinda wonderful to be carried along with the success.

  4. Every big goal is made up of smaller tiny goals that are achievable. Pinpoint what your goal is and and create a plan. It doesn’t happen over night, so taking small steps every day gets you really far
