Yeah just add her and send her a message, or once she has added you back post a story on your Instagram, one of the story’s you can react too with the emoji and see if she reacts to it, this would tell you if she is interested to chat to you but you can just straight up message her, but from the outside you are putting her on a pedestal already as you don’t even know her just going off her profile photo, like what’s so special about her that you are chasing her.
