I have recently started dating a colleague. I think of us as friends in the first place, but have been wanting to date her for a while. Despite doing well in the first dates, i still think she is holding back a little. Talked to her and she said its because she is afraid things gonna get weird if the dating backfires and its gonna fuck up the work enviroment. I honestly think we have the maturity to give it a try. In what ways can i show her that we can date safely without risking (too much) our good enviroment?
