I quickly turn off after remember my SO mistakes

as in the title. I randomly remember the mistakes my partner has made when having sex and it quickly turn me off.

I have forgiven him and I have not brought it up or tried to remember the bad memories. But it randomly appears when I’m having some pleasure.
