Probably assuming they were unhappy when they were actually doing quite well
Maybe picking up on some jealousy or insincerity, like “well, I’m glad *you’re* happy”
Probably somebody else thinking it’s necessary and appropriate to tell me how I feel.
Because they are human and can get triggered if they want. It doesn’t trigger me, i just shake my head at how wrong they are.
What’s worse is when people say ‘triggered’ when they mean ‘annoyed’.
Words have meanings.
