So there’s this girl at work. For the longest time we never spoke to each other. Never a word. She’d never even use my name. After a couple months though, she suddenly started to become a little more comfortable/friendly with me. Little by little. Then out of the blue while im minding my own she starts initiating conversations with me. Asking me questions and all that. She says my name alot more now. And doesn’t give me dry responses whenever i ask her something. Thing about this though is that we always seem to catch each others eyes. Does she like me or just being friendly? Don’t know what to do, if i should advance or not?

Hmmm…. if shes not touching you – like touching your arm. Then i would say she just likes you as a friend and feels comfortable around you.
I think she likes you. Take the shot and ask her out.
Some women when they’ve become recently single and wanting to get over a relationship immediately notice all eligible/ potential partners around them.
Invite her out with drinks with co-workers or as friends with just yourself. Gauge the temperature and this should give you more insight into her feelings/intentions.

What do you want her to do to show interest? Jump at you? Legs open? Say „I wanna have your babies!“?
She is already coming to you! Become acquainted with her and spend more time with her. It takes a bit of time. And you will know.

If she starts getting too close to you, touching you, low key stalking you, using innuendo then she might be interested. Until then, assume she’s just being a friendly coworker.
