Try this. For 30 days don’t look in mirrors. Get a small mirror to get ready in the morning and only use it to look at individual parts of the body: just look at the hair. Just look at the outfit. Don’t look at the whole face or body.
Practice being your present experience so that you can stop identifying with some concept of whatever that thing is you see in the mirror (which is not you).
Assume that you look good enough because you do.
