Im a guy, i have said marks, hasnt even been pointed out yet. My guess is theyre neutral/ no strong opinion on it.
I have literally never noticed them.

This is not a thing I would notice or care about.
My bf has quite a few stretch marks from life in general but also from muscle growth around his arms and shoulders.
I honestly don’t care.
