I’m wearing scrubs on average 60 hours a week and need compression type underwear to help minimize my bulge. I own a dozen pair of saxx, the majority of them are cotton but can only use the compression type because the standard cotton material is really only good to house my package. I understand I can’t completely hide it but I would like to minimize the staring while working.

My issue with other brands that are compression or gym underwear is that it doesn’t support my nuts, I personally need a pouch and saxx for me does it best.

Are there alternatives? Or am I stuck paying 25$ a pair? I’m currently working out of the country and going to have to order some so any information and recommendations is greatly appreciated!

  1. Do they allow an extra layer of clothing underneath your scrubs? I’m not too keen on medical clothing (I’m assuming they provide all the scrubs) but I love wearing compression tights > basketball shorts and then sweats.

Only thing I can think of is baggier scrubs if your place has ’em.

  2. It’s kinda the same issue with business/dress slacks. The material can work against you trying to be modest. You’re doing the compressions shorts thing. With slack we’d say use heavier material and dark colors, but I don’t know how much of an option you have with scrubs. There’s like a point where you do all you can do and it just is what it is. What about heavier, thermal type boxers?
