I male (26) have had problems having an orgasm during sex since I lost my virginity at 19. I just can’t finish, I often leave my sexual encounters completely hard. It tends to make my partners insecure, they think I don’t like them or something. I went to the doctor for it and they say it’s all in my head, I was with my ex fiancé for 4 years not one orgasm. Is this common or is there some way to fix this?

Fix is simple. Don’t focus on an orgasm! Just be with your lover and enjoy the moment. Enjoy of the pleasure it gives you both the orgasm is just something that CAN happen. you don’t even have to mention it and say you like to have long sessions of love making and don’t want to focus on cumming. Do/can you orgasm by yourself? Is it JUST with other people that you can’t get there or is it that you’re not getting there at all?

Just with other people, even if the sex is stellar I can’t finish, so I just keep going and going and going
