What’s the craziest thing you’ve seen happen at a wedding?

1. My aunt, at my sister’s wedding, (who’s never been that involved with our family, and handed off her mom for our family to take care of), threw a fit and cursed out our wedding planner at the reception, and yelled, “fine I’ll go eat at McDonald’s” and left. All because she wasn’t seated at the table with immediate family and the wedding party.

   She “wasn’t asked” (she wasn’t there to ask) to be in family pictures, which she’s used to hold over my sister, and hasn’t talked to her since, 10 years and two kids later.

2. My sister really going through with getting married to her husband.

3. The bride’s ex boyfriend showed up to the wedding with a shot gun and threatened to kill her and the groom. He was taken away in handcuffs shortly after.

4. Old neighbor lady, friend of the groom’s family got drunk. During the reception, she was owning the dance floor, then slipped all of a sudden. Turns out she had pissed herself and slipped in it. She continued to pee while on the floor laughing.

   ETA: Reception was held in the back garden of the bride’s family estate (i.e. mansion).
