I weighed 150 pounds before working out.
156lbs, now I’m 173lbs 10 months in. (I’m 6’1″ so I was previously underweight)

235 lbs, down to 189 as of this morning. I was one obese desk potato.
Too much
So I was getting in 90kg so started intermittent fasting, shredded the weight down to 65kg, at that point I was looking too skinny so started working out and eating more proteins to try and bulk up a bit more, got to 75kg at peak muscle, before not being able to keep up the gym
I weighed 200 when I started working out and now weigh the same….

I started when I was 14 so like 125?

Now i weigh 116 KG
I went from 235lbs to my current 172lbs. I’m 6’1”.
I only worked out for a few years. Never weighed myself. But according to the hospital recently, I weigh less than I did 25 years ago, yet I am clearly heavier than my skinny teenage self.
Was 150ish and now 190. Yeah idk man.
