How much did you weigh before working out

  1. So I was getting in 90kg so started intermittent fasting, shredded the weight down to 65kg, at that point I was looking too skinny so started working out and eating more proteins to try and bulk up a bit more, got to 75kg at peak muscle, before not being able to keep up the gym

  2. I only worked out for a few years. Never weighed myself. But according to the hospital recently, I weigh less than I did 25 years ago, yet I am clearly heavier than my skinny teenage self.
