Or, at least try to give some clear signs. A girl told me that she liked me for about 1 and 1/2 year, and the signs she gave me are some Happy birthdays, Happy holidays and things like this, and she said that this are signs of interest. It is important to tell that we wore friends for about six years.

I said on the fourth date to the man: I like people being direct and straightforward, not beat around the bush.
He replied: okay, I am going to be very direct. I like you very much! I’d like to see you more often.

I am always very direct to the guy I am dating. I never play games.
I don’t think those are bad things to be doing initially, just to test the waters but yeah a year of just things like that and expecting people to think you like them because of that is ridiculous lol.
