He knew about me having a crush on her even before they both met and I recently found that he is dating her and she seems more happy with him. I don’t know how to have a conversation and what to ask and because of this inability I feel I lost her and the betrayal of my friend knowingly dating her makes it even worse. I feel lonely these days but this just pushed me to the edge. I’ve to pretend as I don’t know anything about this and still be friends with him while talking with my crush casually and it is killing me. I cannot take them both laughing together out of my head. How can I handle this?

He isn’t a best friend. You don’t want guys like that in your life, cheating on his gf with your crush. Imagine if you’re married, he would probably make a move on your wife.
