Any point in following up?

I (30m) have been talking with a (27F) on hinge. Very quick and fun convo leading to setting up a date without exchanging numbers. She seemed excited and asked when we could do it. Offered to do it a couple days later. No answer since. This was 5 days ago.
I’d usually give up here, but this time I’d like to try something. Is it better to leave it be or follow up?

Edit: forgot to mention an important detail. I gave my number when I answered her last msg.
