Did I do something wrong or is she going through something internally?

I met this girl for the 2nd time this weekend at a business event. The last time I saw her was 5-6 months ago. Towards the end of the event I got her number and we planned on hanging out later in the week. This business event had an after party though and I ended up seeing her at the party. When I saw her we started dancing and she ended up coming home with me at around 3am.

When we got home we were dancing, kissing etc. but at one point she was like “I don’t want to set any expectations tonight”. I hadn’t really escalated apart from kissing dancing and touching her body which she was fine with at the party and when we started dancing at my place. She called herself an Uber and went home a bit abruptly after she said that. We were texting a bit today but she hasn’t responded to my last message.

I’ve been analyzing the situation and I can’t see anything I would’ve said or did that could’ve made her uncomfortable. Of course there could be some blind spots I don’t know about.

But do you guys think her reaction means I did something or there’s something internal that made her not want to have sex?
