  1. There is no definitive answer to this question as it varies from person to person. Some people may find it more difficult to delete pictures of an ex, while others may find it more difficult to delete texts.

  2. My wife and I got together just before texting became a thing. I had a lot of cards and love letters from my SO before her. I can remember a couple years into the relationship with my wife and I found the box of cards and letters and was like, “why do i stilk have these.” Dropped the whole box in the trash. It was just all meaningless to me.

  3. If you got an iphone you can tag her face then mark all pics with that tag and delete all. Takes like 3 secs

  4. That is an age old problem…

He kept her picture on the wall

Went half crazy now and then

Kept some letters by his bed
    Dated 1962

    He had underlined in red

    Every single “I love you”

“He stopped loving her today” — George Jones, 1979

  5. Put everything on a USB-stick and then delete everything from your device. It’s the safest way to not be reminded and not have to deal with the decision.

  6. Is this some “relationship over” ritual? Sounds like fixating on something that’s over.
