Well you still have fecal matter that usually dwell deeper in the Anus. If the person has cleaned there asshol* a rim Job is cleaner. If ypu want to do all that I suggest an enema. A good flush and cleans deeper then just the rim. Good luck and have fun safely that’s all

Going ass to mouth on a cock pulled out of someone else’s ass will introduce germs your body isn’t used to but going from your ass to your mouth is fairly low risk for most people because you’re not introducing anything new.
