I (42f) love my job. It was a start up. I started at the lowest point and 4 years, 3 promotions later, I still love it. I’m good at it, too. My boss & I got a recent promotion. My new job, basically is quality. I no longer answer to the “site” mgmt, which are new to their job (my old job).

The newly promoted management is freezing me out. My job is to help them succeed and my $ is on the success of the site. I always try to help bc I want our company to thrive. I hired & trained these folks!
I’m not upset the changes they implemented, I get it. They want to make it their own. What I’m upset about is.. they don’t give me access to the information.
Example: Bob says:you need anything tell me.. you have it. Ask for something from Jan: Bob said you didn’t need access to that.
Being cut out has been made an issue & two meetings were held to figure it out . Two steps forward, 3 steps back.
Example:
I found a system error and asked management, the reply: why were you looking at it?
I’m thinking any leaving the company bc this silly drama.
I’m so confused. It’s hard to do my job bc of it.
How can I do my job with so much resistance?
