Lately I’ve been feeling like an outsider. Things have seemingly been going great on paper, I have a good job, buy things I like, able to walk to work and back etc but I still feel empty

Struggle socializing and making friends especially at work. It’s caused me to be bitter and purposely avoid people and be toxic.

I see a therapist but I still don’t know if it’s jealousy or just anger
