So, after getting back from the gym, I felt weirdly pumped up. This has never happened before.

The only difference between this gym session and the other ones was that I got to socialize a bit with people in gym (These are people I know). Doing that essentially set my rhythm for the day.

Now, I’m kinda questioning the feasibility of having a social event to set the rhythm of my day. I can’t have each day start with some sort of socialization event, so I don’t know what to do on days where I can’t socialize before college.

The difference was drastic tbh. I’ve legit gone up to people in college and chatted with them. I have no clue as to why this is happening.

I used to struggle with talking to people before today.

  1. I relate. I have a different approach.
    So if I know a social is coming up that could feel like a shock to the system. I do a series of high vibe activities for myself.

    I go to a local shop and buy some clothes, doesn’t really matter what, ask for some opinions in store.

    I go to the gym like you and talk to people. Maybe ask if someone can check if your form is right?

    I sing in the shower with music on!

    I get my hair cut and talk to the barber.

    I have a phone convo with someone I haven’t caught up with in a while!
