Go back to your doctor and ask for something else. Not every pill is the same, chemically.
There is no OTC product or medication you can take to fix it. You need to go through the trial and error of different types of BC.
Same thing happened in my relationship. Lube can help the dryness issue. For the libido though, there wasn’t any helping that. We ended up trying other methods of birth control.
