I dont usually go to bed early but when I do it like they are raising their voices on purpose or like they are just inconsiderate or what. they say the “love” me got me some stuff for my birthday and I do believe it but like should I really go to them everytime to be like hey I need to sleep please don’t be so loud.

How early do you mean?
Well if you are inconsistent about going to bed early then it makes sense to me you ask them if they could be quieter on the days you do decide to sleep early.
And if it doesn’t fix the problem then buy ear plugs
